ITS REALLY QUIKEST

I have made three purchases on this app over the last three months and also trying the rival OLX at the same time. I can tell you, Quikr is way way better. The biggest advantage is Doorstep, their delivery service, which is really an inspection and delivery service. It takes all the anxiety out of buying second hand stuff based on photos and a description, usually exaggerated. Twice, Doorstep called to say that the item was faulty and I should cancel. They sent revealing pics on WhatsApp. At other times I had to cancel because the item was already sold or the seller backed out. Every time I got refunds promptly and also accumulated 50/- Rs. worth of promo points per try! While I was trying for a particular make and model of AC and fridge I was constantly being asked if I needed any assistance and if I could consider different models and price points there were great offers also. But the real fun of shopping is in getting exactly what you want at the price you want. At your doorstep, too. What more can you ask for?

Need improvement on app

Hi, I have used this platform in past. It’s good experience and smooth transactions as far as seller sending good stuff and shipping don’t break them. However apple application chat function not being available and click on little chat icon on iPhone X not working. Developers may need to do test on iPhone X and later full screen phone version. Also when you browsing the add, to come back clicking the left arrow either launch the picture or clicks over system clock does nothing and stays on that page. You need to put efforts to click on close to arrow to come back a page. Please check. Thanks.

Worst service ever

I am selling me bed and mattress. Quickr is charging 900 rs from me and buyer both for transportation of that from doorstep. I had scheduled pick up at 7 pm to 9 pm. This quickr people calling me at 12 and asking for address and telling me that they are coming now to pickup.. I clearly mentioned that it is scheduled for evening batch.. those people called me at 4 again asking to coming now.. that was second time I told them the same thing.. at evening 7 pickup guy called me and asked about address and the way how to come.. I gave all details.. after 1 hour I got messages that it has been rescheduled for no reason.
I tried calling helpline but got random answer... I have rescheduled that to morning 7 am to 10 am later... haven’t got any single call from Quikr and status is showing vehicle has Ben dispatch.. I have no clue if vehicle is coming from out of bangalore or something else. When I called quikr customer care at 10 they saying wait for another 2 hours.. are you guys mad??? Out of your mind??? What is hell was the point to schedule it for particular time???
Really worst!
Please please please don’t trust this people
