Alhamdulillah after lots of search I got I hold of an App which can help me understand Holy Quran word by word and made easy to understand what we recite in our prayers.
More over the info about the Surah in Urdu language who can read and understand is Masha Allah very nice. The good thing is also there are different authors translation to help understand a guide understanding.
All I can say it's a very good App for people with Urdu knowledge.
