App Stops Working in every 3-4 days
Using Racold WiFi Geyser from 3 weeks, the product is great but the App is pathetic, not the interface but from server connection point of view. I am seeing App outage for 2-3 days every week.

Not connecting with wifi
I bought this during winter and it was working fine on wifi . Today i am getting option to reconfigure and after completing 5/6 steps i get error of insert address at step 6 . Everything is filled but it is showing that error again n again. Kindly work on this . We accept the change but change should not trouble your customer.

App not Working
I bought racold omnis wifi geyser in september 2019 but since i am not to operate through your racold net app because earlier wifi not configured now wifi configured your app not working. Autoclosed app after few seconds. Complaints so many times but no one resolve the issue. No one take seriously. I have not any single call from your end. Worst wifi model if someone bought. I recommend never bought your wifi models. After sale service rating is 0.
