App Stops Working in every 3-4 days
Using Racold WiFi Geyser from 3 weeks, the product is great but the App is pathetic, not the interface but from server connection point of view. I am seeing App outage for 2-3 days every week.

App Stability/ Working Issue
Dear developer team look in to following my problem regarding using recoldnet app
1. Mostly time when i try to open app, app stuck on logo page then close automatically. We need to try 3-4 more times to open app properly.
2. After opening the app geyser status not updated automatically like On/ off status, like current temperature of water etc. we need to pull down app/refresh page every time to get the current status of device.
3. In the device home page not able to see the status of water heating is On/ Off like any symbol or text showing that type of information.
4. On schedule setting user only set time according the given time period list ( periodically difference by 30 minute) . What if user want to set time in less 30 minute periods ? Make a option in schedule page for user to set time in Hours and Minutes according own choice not company default choice .
5. Also make a option for geyser schedule turn off in scheduling page for user to set time in Hours and Minutes according own choice not company default choice .
Pls look in this matter for making ur app good and user usage experience like other competitors company app

App not Working
I bought racold omnis wifi geyser in september 2019 but since i am not to operate through your racold net app because earlier wifi not configured now wifi configured your app not working. Autoclosed app after few seconds. Complaints so many times but no one resolve the issue. No one take seriously. I have not any single call from your end. Worst wifi model if someone bought. I recommend never bought your wifi models. After sale service rating is 0.
