App review in general and Radisson rewards program in particular
Your RH app is very user friendly. It takes less than 2 minutes to book a room anywhere globally. Email confirmation promptly follows. All details sought are just enough for a comfortable stay (many other Apps ask for way too many answers). Arrival surprises Are minimal and rewards program is very friendly (least black out dates, limited restrictions)

Application doesn’t hold up to The Radisson Standard
The application in no way or form seems to represent a top tier hospitality industry titan. It is full of bugs, loading errors and glitches. Each booking reservation I make takes over thirty minutes on a good day. There is still no option for making reservation with the member points at the hotel’s properties and the call centre and hotel staff proudly call it their ‘policy’. The call centre staff are less than knowledgeable about the company’s policy and offer up any excuses to mislead potential clients. For instance while making a booking today, I was told I am unable to redeem my member points because i was not at the hotel property to confirm my booking for the same day. Make sense of it if you can. Things need to change fast for the application otherwise the hotel’s that rely on it will suffer as well.

Not able to redeem my points
Can you please help here, after the update. I am not able to use my points for hotel booking. Rest all is perfect.

For points booking, you would need to select one of the available rooms - then from there on the check-out page, go to the payment options and here you can decide how much of the booking you want to pay with points.
