Really bad customer support
I ordered a thali at Rewari junction. They don’t provide you delivery boy’s number. The delivery boy came after the train started, he was in hurry. So I paid him amount and checked my order later. When I checked my order I found that chapatis were missing. So the whole thali was of no use. I complained, they don’t seem to care. They told me to send the image of thali. That I did. At best they are going to refund me price of Chapatis. That would be around Rs 20 for Ts 250 thali. They force you to download app and tell you that you can track your order there, app doesn’t even provide delivery boy’s number. 😂
I don’t believe either restaurant or these guys did it on purpose. But If you don’t have a solid support system it is equally bad. Rating is already indicating what kind of service they provide.
Zero quality assurance
I had ordered food on 8th dec 2018 from Jhansi. I had ordered tandoori chicken and to my surprise I got a half cooked chicken and that not too tandoori but cooked in a pan.
I had to throw the chicken away and then called the customer service. To my surprise they had no clues how to handle the call and kept on telling me that sir this will not happen again and that I will get a discount on my next order. I small bite that I took also did not go very well with my stomach
They took no actions on the vendor which was Kathi junction in Jhansi and also did not address my grivance. I would request everyone that there are better vendors who assure quality and customer nice service. My worst experience both on quality and service.
Butter chicken was like chicken curry with terrible small 2 pieces for 155 + GST + preorder surcharge. Thali was only with rice dal and fried ladies finger. Neither in good quantity priced 130 + GST + surcharges. What the hell is going on. My parents were halved stomach starving the night with these terrible food. Are you guys Bribing Railway Minister and it’s office your commission ? Then why do you cut on quality, promised quantity and reduced item as promised on your menu card ? I am going to tweet this to misintry of railways to investigate.
