How to register:
Download the RAKBANK app, click Register and follow simple on screen instructions to enter a card or account number along with the PIN to register and start using the app.

User interface very poor
I am not satisfied with user interface it’s very poor while I am trying use with my mobile need to change as soon as possible other than that everything is satisfactory.
I hope changes in UI will happen very soon
Truely productive
Interface is awesome, ease of access is excellent, navigation is top notch, overall great experience, kudos to the team
Worst customer service
The customer service is pathetic and the agents are arrogant, the most important quality of customer care agents is to listen but the agents over here are always in a rush and don’t listen instead repeat the words only told to them , then what is the use of humans to be anyways if they have to repeat the words like a robot without listening and try to help the customers, really disappointed with the services and the robot like humans.
Not really possible to give negative ratings 😒
