INBOX option to see messages
Excellent but an option to see messages like an INBOX within the app can be useful and make the app more user friendly
Verification process should change
I had visa card from different country, so the verification amount showed different than USD, that has to be entered for verification and there was no way of entering the correct amount to verify the card. Although i was charged and the money was returned and that’s mostly it for verifying! I mean i am trying to order large amount of food and groceries but can’t do that because i can’t enter the verification exact amount in USD or add every currency along with the country options. Why so limited?
Cost of membership with no benefits
Hi I have been paying for membership about 750 peso for 3 months and it is auto removed . The app has no option to stop the membership and no notification of cost reduction . In a way it is a hidden cost to the user . Even after paying The delivery is charged at 85 peso per usages . My question is why 750 peso when there is no benefit . Can you remove that auto cost as it is a waste of payment for me . The customer service is not worth it either
