I would like to share my experience I lost 5.1 kg in jst 1 week by using speed slim diet. They are providing all the details on app. Videos. Explanation everything u can get here. Hey guys Writing on behalf of my mom being in her 50’s with thyroid ,arthritis and survical issues it’s been a journey for her to loose weight and be mindful of it for maintaining coz she use to be sick most of the time and not able to walk or do normal house chores…… and not to forget she is in the “Dieting” from almost 25 years yes half of her life she's dietiing most of the time she use to loose the weight and be fine with it until she falls sick again….
