Regarding razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed
I recently ordered this headset and i received it last night i was so hyped to get it thinking it will work well across all my devices but when i download the razer audio app on my phone it didn’t even recognise this headset and the the only other device i have is an really old macbook and a playstation, the playstation doesn’t allow to change its EQ or change any kind of settings on the headset and i can’t do it on the macbook either coz it’s not compatible with the razer’s latest synapse version i can’t even update the headset i don’t have any other device to do it and the can’t even use the razer audio app because it doesn’t even work with the blackshark v2 hyperspeed and i can’t customise anything or change any setting on the headset to my liking i am can you guys please fix it and put the blackshark v2 hyperspeed on the mobile razer audio app so people can actually use this headset properly i mean it’s been six money since it’s launch i can’t believe it’s still not on the app. Please fix it as soon as possible
