Needs a lot of improvement

I have been using Razorpay every day for my business transactions, primarily their link generation feature on the app.

App needs the following improvements:
1. UPI payment interface is absolutely counter-intuitive and needs to be made user-friendly. A method to pull my UPI with mobile number for faster, intuitive way to pay.
2. No option to pay via Paytm
3. No HDFC Net Banking payment support. It is the largest private sector bank; there’s just no excuse. Keep your differences aside & get on with it please
4. No International payments accepted; not sure if this true or I’m doing something wrong

I have also registered with Stripe and have started using it; will do some A-B testing there before we hook the API up on our website.

Too long for settlements

A nice app, only drawback is they take T+2 days for settlement into the bank A/c.
In these period of competition other payment gateways are crediting the amount in 15 minutes, so I guess they can look into it.

Worst/ unprofessional customer support

I haven’t expect that startup like razorpay is very poor when it comes to customer support. I have been emailing & emailing my issues but there is no or very less adequate response from customer support. Also when we ask something from them in return we get email saying ‘we will response in next 24-48 hours’ how irrelevant time you guys are giving in the era of digitisation when we can answer query in few seconds from anywhere. On 20th feb 2021 you guys seeking co operation from customers on the account of Covid-19, which is really unprofessional.
I have some contacts on mine who are using razorpay & I’ll definitely share my experience with them also.
