IPO authorization
I was not able to authorize the bank mandate for applying for ipo’s as there was no bank mandate getting generated on my upi id. Can you let ne know what needs to be done in such cases. Also the personal net banking was down due to some technical issues. Would suggest to include the E-Saba facility in the mobile app as well for seamless application for ipo’s. All other banks are providing this facility

Worst Service( GO Digital Account)
They will money for GO Digital account and they won’t respond you at any time. They will take 1999+GST for GO Debit Card. They will simply say your virtual card is issued but when you open the Rbl bank app you can not see the card and if you reach customer care they will take all the details and we need wait for more than 10 minutes and simply they will say sir you voice is not audible so we are disconnecting the call. And if you go to nearest bank they will take the details and after one week also they will we don’t have any update till now One of the worst banking services I had ever faced
One of the worst bank
I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by RBL Bank. Despite maintaining a balance of over 10,000 rupees in my account, I was charged a Monthly Average Balance (MAB) fee of 140 rupees without any reasonable explanation.
When I attempted to contact their customer care for clarification, I was greeted with an unhelpful bot phone caller that simply diverted my calls, leaving me without any avenue for resolution. My attempts to seek assistance were met with complete silence from RBL's customer care team.
Furthermore, the incessant and unwanted calls from their salespeople at times when I was occupied with college or other commitments were incredibly bothersome and intrusive. This constant harassment only added to my frustration.
In summary, my experience with RBL Bank has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by unjust charges, an unresponsive customer care system, and an aggressive approach by their sales team. I strongly advise against banking with RBL based on my regrettable experiences.
