Poor customer service
My recharge of 100 is missing after doing Apple Pay . Customer care never refunded it. It’s like scam happening in this network provider . If you talk to the customer in English the they disconnect and have to connect again untill some one able to speak English answer the call . My advice to buyer don’t go by their offer , you will end giving up your recharge balance and no support from the Redbul team. Even 1 star is not worth for rating.
Internet connectivity problem
The internet connectivity is too slow
And eventhough data is left in my account its not connecting its very inappropriate customer care service is very poor they are not even accepting complaints
