In 2013, I created this app to control my Mac Mini connected to a big-screen TV in my living room. In 2016 I quit my job and became an indie developer, and now my sole focus is on building my apps. The app has been downloaded more than 2,000,000 times over the years and has favorable reviews.

SECURITY
The app uses standard security measures like HTTPS to communicate and only works on your local network. Whenever an unknown device tries to establish a connection with your computer, the app presents a dialog for you to choose to allow or deny it.

Savior for headless operartion

With this app I control my mac mini that runs in a headless mode . The app wakes it up from sleep, launch / quit apps, restarts and shut down the system with a breeze. Besides, i can see the mac screen on my iphone / ipad - wow! Pull an onscreen keyboard when i have to type, use mouse controls / scroller and what not all through the app. It also has audio device control for the mac (volume/mute/skip). I can use any random device that is connected to my local network and use this app to control my mac. Terrific! I spent 10 mins in paying for the pro license. Its a lightweight app, that does not drain your phone’s battery or chokes your local network bandwidth unlike other remote control apps like teamviewer / vnc etc. Go for it! Many thanks to the developer Evengy Cherpak for providing us with an amazing utility app!

The Perfect Remote

Firstly to Developer thank you so much for making such a useful app. Its really a saviour. More than iPhone I use this app on my Apple Watch. Its amazing just from my watch I can do plenty things, controlling whole computer from my watch. While watching movies I don’t need to use mouse or cellphone just my watch is enough. Now i can definitely say that this app has made my life even more easier. Thank you

P.S. : Dear developer just needed to share one more thing it will be even better if the scrolling feature can be added to Apple Watch crown in ARROWS function in Apple Watch app.

The App You Don’t Know You Need Right Away

The app I didn’t know I need, is now the app I cannot live without. This really fills all the gaps that Apple couldn’t with it’s Handoff feature yet. Virtual trackpad, Keyboard, personalised Media control for Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc. alongside systemwide controls over your iPhone/iPad for your MacBook is just brilliant. Pair this with Evgeny’s File Explorer and the amount of control you have over your Mac remotely is just overwhelming. Personally, my weapon of choice is the iPad. And it just works.
