Good concept, but expectations need clarity

The app offers an interesting rewards-based approach to rent payments, and the overall experience is fairly smooth. However, the final benefit did not fully match my expectations based on the initial messaging. While I did receive a partial reward, it was less than what I had anticipated.I would strongly recommend that users read the terms carefully and set realistic expectations about the outcome. The platform itself works well, and with clearer communication, it could be much better.

They are really out to build something great and unique. I have been using since 12 months. All rent paid without hassle. Just last rent payment I was not able to use the wallet money, which was some technical issue, but they were on it very quickly and help resolve it personally on call. The app can be optimised on UI and performance I think, but is not a blocker on functionalities, works great!

No confirmation on rent but payment debited from bank account

I paid rent for the first time on application but the payment done to the getepay1 not to my landlord upi account. When I returned to the rentenpe app it refreshed and started from Home Screen not from the payment completed screen. It’s been 2 hours now still there is no confirmation on the payment status. In the rentenpe transaction history it shows no records found.
