I placed an order for a delivery. The app confirms all pre steps have been completed, but there is no sign of the delivery even after paying 12,000 and completing my requirements perfectly, Furthermore they have no support team. No one picks up the calls. The WhatsApp only exists to help you buy more orders not actually receive the ones you paid for. My partner and I have called the company over 30 times. In order to reach them it took me hours of my time and now I have been given a personal number of a staff member because the company support number is unreliable. Honestly the effort isn’t worth the small amount I saved compared to the other platforms, at least those ones pick up their helpline number. I hope they will change their policy but for your safety and sanity and to make sure your money hasn’t been taken from you with no recourse place a call to their support number (their WhatsApp and chat doesn’t allow for help with solving issues once you’ve paid the money.) if they don’t pick up do yourself a favour and don’t order

Please do not believe on pictures they show. I have received product in worst condition. Very smelly refrigerator and washing machine shows PE error everytime I use. I requested them to take back your products irrespective of my rent but they didn’t even reply. They deducted next months rent also. My calls unanswered. WhatsApp msg left on ‘seen’ Now I am stuck with these worst 2 products and they didn’t refund my deposit and advance rent. I have reported fraud transaction in my bank too and stop Autopay. Anyone want proof please contact me I will send you all chats and product photos. It is biggest scam. Please do not trust them they will give coupon codes to attract.
