App not working (False update popup)

Paying this much money for app development yet they cant fix a simple issue from past 1month 2 weeks
The app gives a forced popup to update and you cant access anything and theres no update shown in the app store

Not able to update and not able to use the app

Hi, I am going a reminder to update the app but in the App Store, there is no update available. Now it is not going updated and at the same time, I am not able to use also.

Unable to access

I'm unable to access the app and as it keep on bugging to update it but as I open the app store, it shows that the app is updated to the later version. Please fix it
