Simple useful app for coherent breathing

A simple app that does the job. Love it, and express my thanks to its creator.

If there was an option to add minutes in multiples of 1, it would have been great. The available options go for 5 to 10 to 15 minutes. Would have been great to gradually increase my timing from 5 towards 10. I’m able to do 5 minutes but 10 suddenly becomes too much
