User friendly app with a great collection
Although thrift shopping is new to India, Rethought has done a great job in bringing this phenomenon to mainstream attention. The collection of items on the store is always up to date with a variety of items to choose from.
The discover section of the app is really cool and innovative, would highly recommend exploring the app.
Big Fan of Thrifting for Men
Thrifting is super hard for men. Relieved to have found rethought. Loved the spunky, functional and thoughtful interface of the rethought app. Loved the prices even more! Looking forward to the men’s collection being expanded :).
Very very disappointed
The app and the website are so underdeveloped that it’s not possible to pay via UPI. Also, the return process freezes on the screen causing me to lose my return window. I had raised this on the chat helpline but nobody helped. Very bad customer support.
