Needs urgent improvements.

In my Initial hours with the app. I noticed The password to enter a meeting should be optimal and controlled by the host. Sometimes it doesn’t make sense to have a meeting ID and a password because both are doing the same function. I cannot find the option to dial in via phone. I read reports that this app had those options. That would make it complete. Need a PC version of this. I have been using GoToMeeting. That’s user friendly but with a price. I am giving a four star only because it’s a free app. If Jio is tempted to charge for this the rating would go down.

Jio meet is an amazing video conferencing app but its biggest disadvantage is that it does not support digital white board like zoom cloud meeting in which teachers can make diagrams using shapes ,texts ,various pens of various thickness ,of various colours during online classes .maximum people wants a whiteboard in a videoconferencing app and does not want to download any whiteboard from their app store or play store because it takes extra space . So they prefer using chinese applications like zoom cloud meeting because it provides a digital white board in its screen sharing option that is why maximum people and teachers uses this chinese app. So its a request to JIO to provide us a white board in the app in an update so that everyone will use the indian apps . Please work on it.

Needs a lot of improvement

I (in fact others in the meeting too)faced many troubles in the app. First of all, the video and audio turned on automatically after one or two minutes of usage. Second, the FPS of the app is low according to my view. Third, the audio started to echo for a few minutes after five or seven participants started speaking simultaneously. Fourth, me and my friends all were made to exit without any network issues at different times of the meeting. Fifth, the zooming feature should be improved because when I first zoom to left side of my screen then it always zooms to the left side of my screen regardless of where I am placing my fingers to zoom and vice versa( may be they haven’t given a good zoom feature as zoom is there rival, JFF). And many other bug fixes are there but the above are some of the issues that’s need to be addressed immediately. Please see to all the problems faced by users and update accordingly.
