Very helpful

Needed help all round - with my diet, managing my weight and dealing with stress. Tried using a bunch of other apps but it’s hard to keep track of so many different apps and their directions. Was recommended Reach by a friend and am very happy that I signed up. I signed up for the coaching program and was assigned a diet and fitness coach and they created a plan for me that covered both my diet and a fitness regime. They also have a very in depth meditation section where I’ve started on the foundation course. Even during the day when I need to calm down, I’ve been using the short singles to help regulate my breath and manage anxiety and stress. The app was buggy in the earlier versions but they’ve really done a great job in the latest version. Looking forward to more improvements and resources in the future. Totally worth the little money I spent on the coaches!

Excellent Coaches and Tools

I used this app to manage my weight during the lockdown period. Initially, I was wary of using an online coach to get my diet plans, but Nithya (my coach on Reach) helped me articulate my problem statements. She gave me an easy to maintain diet and tips that helped me overcome some of my long-standing worries like Bloating etc. I love how the diet plan is structured in the app and how each meal is calculated based on the calories and nutrition count. It has now become my habit to count my calories and opt for healthy alternatives, than junk calories. I did lose 5 kgs in 40 days, and it's been three months now that I am still maintaining my ideal weight despite several cheat meals :p. I love this app and totally recommend it.

Comprehensive Wellbeing app 🤩

Whether it’s weight loss that you’re looking for or meditation sessions, this is one of the few apps that has it all! And I love the sleek and slick UI, very nice! The programs too are very affordable and I will definitely be subscribing soon.
