Running Coach Transforming Lives
Coach Aman is very passionate about his work and he invests time and energy, especially on people who may not be as motivated to deliver their best runs. So far I've had a decent association with him as my coach and I can tell from experience that his professional training derives from a mix of coach-friend-coach-adviser kind of vibe that can instantly put you at ease and make targets look less daunting. I can only advise people to try out his coaching and his motivation techniques. It's his craft I would urge you to focus on as inconsistencies may be situational, if any, as far as my association has helped me see. I would rate the app a 5 simply because it is multifunctional and has to be used efficiently to derive the best results.
