They do issue loans but when you apply for the 1st time you have a lot of people reaching out and helping with application. I paid the loan off and now if I try to apply they will not call or message. In fact they are so rude even during application, they have told that with this cibil score I will have to come back to them and they will update on their end not to give any loan. You guys need to have better staff or better training. Never using or recommending this to anyone. And please read the reviews as most of them can be fake.

But what is NOT fine at all is the disgusting behaviour of your customer care executive Shiv Chauhan.This guy actually had the audacity to call me a fraud, spoke in the most rude, arrogant, and unprofessional manner, and behaved as if customers are beneath him. It was honestly shocking to see someone with zero manners, zero courtesy, and zero professionalism representing a financial company.If this is the kind of staff Rupee112 hires, then it says a lot about the company’s standards. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. This person seriously needs to be removed from any customer-facing role because he has no idea how to talk to people.Rupee112, train your staff properly — or at least ensure basic respect when talking to customers.Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all.

I am really happy with the Rupee112 for the cooperation and help I received from the customer executive - Pradeep Singh, he was very helpful in guiding me through the whole application process and kept updating me in timely basis on the status of my loan I would highly recommend this app as the customer service is awesome and with people like Pradeep Singh things will be great for the company.
