Very good app
It has everything one needs for banking. The user interface is simple as it should be. In fact after installing the app I have never went on website.
Poor International Money Transfer Service
I recently utilized SAB's international money transfer service to send funds to my Indian bank account on two separate occasions. While the first transaction was successfully processed, I encountered significant issues with the second transfer. Unfortunately, the subsequent transfer was rejected for reasons that were not clearly communicated, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Moreover, upon the return of the funds to my account, I discovered that approximately 500 SAR had been deducted as a service charge.
My experience with SAB's international money transfer service has been deeply disappointing, and the unexpected deduction has further compounded my dissatisfaction. As such, I would caution others to exercise caution when considering this particular financial service for their money transfer needs.
It is my hope that this feedback will prompt SAB to address the issues encountered and improve the transparency and reliability of their international money transfer service for the benefit of their customers.
The best Bank app ever
I have been using at least eight different Bank apps. There is nothing that is even close to SAB !
SAB mobile app is one of the most secure, frictionless and user friendly app.
