Good app
Useful app. People want to use it. But it should be available in west Delhi, like Paschim Vihar etc. The quality is good if safal and organic fruits and vegetables are high in demand via online mode.

Dear Customer, We are currently in our initial stages of launch and testing phase. Our team is working to ensure a seamless user experience. Our current coverage for deliveries is limited to small pockets in Dwarka, Noida and some part of Pitampura and Rohini only. We will soon be expanding our presence across Delhi NCR . Worst app worst service item was undelivered but charged amount
I ordered few vegetables and all the vegetables were stale and 2 items weee not even delivered although charged. They don’t have any call for customer support and there is only one mail id which they don’t reply. WORST APP WORST EXPERIENCE
Useless app
Safal has recently started delivery (supposedly) in my area and target to deliver within 3 hours. Today I placed my first order. The said order, despite having been dispatched for more than 3 hrs, is still pending. No update on where it is. What a farce!
