Cancel subscription button is not active
No good movies , only old movies are available . App is not user friendly. There is no deactivate / cancel subscription option provided in the app. Even though cancel subscription option is available in the web version , it is not active so that you can not cancel your subscription when you needed. It is truly a trap by the app so that your subscription will be renewed automatically each month . I got into this problem and send a mail through contact tab to cancel the subscription, waiting for the reply
App is not user friendly- worst experience
We paid subscription to download and watch but they don’t provide that option. You have to stream and watch everytime. It takes a lot of time to load the content. While playing a movie suddenly it starts with another session by its own in the background. Sometimes you forward and it will start the beginning again. Worst app I have used ever.
