Install only if you want to buy the paid version. For free version users , its baseless app.
whats the use of the app if you are Not giving enough rights to employee to mark their attendance .
Although they had given more rights earlier when we installed the app, now recently they limited the app features which makes the app useless in free version.

Worst customer service
SalaryBox initially will give you good rates and will promise to assist you for future obstacles.
But once you feel good with handling and using the app they will charge you any amount they can think of over the call and the explanation they’ll have is rates were changed, I was promised that I will be able to add additional employees at the same rate I purchased previously but when am trying to upgrade they give you Illogical reasons and dont keep their promises.
Other things,
1. Their app done function properly,
2. It has happened several time, punch in and out actual location is different in the app
3. App is at a preliminary stage, where if an employee does punch in only, it will be a present for full day. When asked to correct this, they will show their incompetence and give you another bs reason
I highly recommend the app team to not act like a billion dollar startup and be unreasonable with your customers. Customer service People at SalaryBox don’t have manners. Sales team in the name of negotiating will inflate the price and will tell you later that they have given a 50% discount. Bogus app, bogus company, bogus people

Love the software
Amazing app love the simple ui and can manage my employees attendance and salary in one app.
I’ve been using it since 3 months and haven’t faced any issues at all.
The after sales support is aap very good, I did not know how to add the bio metric device to the app. But their executive Vipul Kumar helped me out and resolved my problem very quickly, he was very quick in getting my device integrated with the app.
