Great service
I am a huge fan of Onsitego's service. It is so easy and convenient! I highly recommend their warranty plan as well, because it really does help out if anything were to happen with your covered electronics, plus they have great customer support that will be able to assist you right away without much hassle at all (even during weekends!). Plus Gmail/Chat options are available for support which makes life easier too.

Nice App
The refrigerator was not working well. The technician from Onsitego checked it and said he wanted to do a test. He put a bowl full of water to see if ice formed. He came back, said there was one part he needed to change, ordered the part, and then changed it. So far, everything is going very well. Onsitego is the best. I had a different warranty service before and it was not good.

We had a great experience with these guys. They were very responsive and helpful, doing what they said for the price we paid in just two days! Plus our son has been enjoying his Xbox live since it was fixed too so all's well that ends happily here at last :)
