Worst service from Samsung ever
I was using Samsung product and always believed that product and service will be good or at par.
Recently I bought a refrigerator from Samsung shop which had defect and damage in delivery. After 2-3 visits from service centre finally they accepted the return. It’s been 10 days but they have picked up the return.
Most shameful is that I have raised this issue to Customer care
Ceo complaint
But nothing rings bell to these soul less Samsung folks.
Now my situation is like there is packed cartoon box lying in my drawing room which is size of 6ft by 3 ft. And it’s packed by service centre so I can’t open it and move it to some place.
Pls don’t buy product online better to go offline and try some other brand who will care for you after sale.
This is case north India and product was shipped from Noida and Jaipur team in India.
False advertising - No option to buy mobiles/tablets
Don’t get fooled by the false advertising by this substandard company where they promise you a discount voucher on their website and make you download their crap app. Once you download this crap app, you’ll notice you cannot purchase mobiles/tablets at all, only their crappy appliances and electronics which no one is interested in. So they have effectively fooled you into downloading their crap app with false promises. Typical Samsung. No wonder you will always remain second to Apple with your lies and FALSE advertising.
