Iphone X not detecting it

Recently i tried to convert it into FAT32 format from disk utility of macbook. Since then it is not working in my iphone. Although it was working flawlessly fine before that. I have tried all the suggested troubleshoots, Please help someone!

And suggestion which format should work in iPhone X iOS version 11.2.6? Currently I have formatted the iXpand device into FAT32 but it’s not working. I tried with almost all the offered formats of disk utility, it always says “failed to connect”

Image names get changed.

After the recent update when the images are copied. It would be in unsorted order and the name of the images change. For example Previously it was img_1234 and so on. And when copied it would be the same, sorted order. Now it changes to some random numbers and it would be unsorted. Please make it as it was previously. That would be more helpful.

Annoying auto backup

Its a great app, but then there are flaws. Everytime i connect my sandisk drive to my iphone, it starts automatically backing up my files, even though it had done that before. Then, when i try to copy files from my phone to the sandisk drive, it takes forever !! I dont know whats wrong but even copying a single image file takes forever. I wish there were an option to disable auto backup. Also, thumbnails load forever (I have around 2000 images on my phone)
Would be great if these issues are fixed.
