Moderately priced than Ola, Uber
First time user, booked for an intra city travel. Ola and Uber charges 3200 for the same requirement while got a ride in Savaari for 2100. Extra distance per km charges are 13.5 while the other two charges 18. Very polite driver and neat car. Only disappointment is AC had no cooling and worked only in Fan mode for the entire 8hr day time trip.
HIGHLY UNSAFE JOURNEY
Highly Unsafe & disgusting Cab Service provider. I had booked a premium cab service in which according to them they should provide with 2022 or above model cars and facilities included were Fuel charges, driver allowances, etc but in reality I received 2020 model Swift & I had paid all fuel charges, driver allowances everything. By calling there helpline number they keep you on hold & disconnect the call after few minutes. I had booked Cab for 4 days and the limit of my service was 800 km beyond that I would have charged, but my cab on 2nd after completing 400 kms demanded extra money & they also stated that local sightseeing is not allowed according to Savari company rules, for local sightseeing I need to pay extra which I found disgusting…how come if you are already paying premium charges which also include 800kms of service so how come local city sightseeing is not allowed. Above this after paying 25% advance on the trip day Savari automatically cancelled my booking without my prior knowledge which is not at all acceptable. They are just scamming the tourists & harassing them by charging extra money. Please think before you book from this app…if you want a harass-free trip please avoid this app.
Will prefer Local Taxi rather than Saavari services
Looking at Digital Age I thought it would be best to take national player than local taxi service.. But it turned into nightmare… I had requested for good vehicle for my 8 days tour very clearly.. team has assured me about it till I made advance payment..
Once I landed on holiday station, the driver was late by approx 40 mis and vehicle was very old and unhygienic..
I spend almost 2 hour discussing about unprofessional behaviour by Saavari but all went in vane..
I categorically requested for driver who knows English or Hindi and near by area.. that too was not attended at all..
I had to use google map all of 8 days..
Where as when I interacted with local taxi service before deciding which taxi service provider I should opt for, local taxi service gave me photos of vehicles they have as an option.. where as it was complete suspense from Saavari.. if they would have given me choice by sharing photos or bad quality of cab they have, then I would have gone for other cab service providers and shared reviews about transparency of Saavari..
Never the less : Guyz suggest to be very clear and ask for cars photos so that you don’t have same issue which i faced..
Team Saavari if you take this feedback positively then it will definitely help other passengers and you to grow future relationships with you..
