this app has been life changing

I enrolled in the power through PCOS program and it helped me improve my sleep and increase my energy levels! The workouts are great and easy to follow. Loved the nutrition plan by Pooja Makhija. It gave me so many ideas on what to eat and how to plan my meals to reduce symptoms like bloating and acid reflux. 10/10 would recommend to all women out there!

Useful app for pcos management

It’s a very useful and user friendly app . It is one stop for all that women need to manage pcos in form of diet , yoga , cardio and Pilates . They even have weekly huddles with fellow members and webinars with experts who help women navigate the tricky part of pcos . The app works well and the tech team is very prompt if any issue crop up . Would certainly recommend

It’s a really good app!

I really like the workouts and the meal plan. There are plenty of options to choose from so you never get bored. The app is really easy to use. The best part is the guidance you get from the coaches, they keep you motivated and help you stay on track. Good stuff!
