SC Mobile India 4+

I’ve been using the SC mobile app for almost few years and overall, I’m quite pleased with it. Here are some of my thoughts:

1. Easy Interface: The interface is very user-friendly. The menu descriptions are apt and useful, making it easy to find what you need quickly.
2. Navigation Issues: While most features are easy to access, I found that some options, particularly those for blocking a lost card, are a bit difficult to navigate. Streamlining these processes would enhance the overall experience.
3. Banking Transactions: For everyday banking transactions, the app is excellent. It’s straightforward and efficient, which makes handling my finances much simpler.
4. Technical Performance: I haven’t encountered any bugs, which is a huge plus. The app runs smoothly and reliably.
5. Overall Rating: I would rate this app 5 stars. It meets most of my needs and performs well.
6. Suggestions: One improvement I’d suggest is to replace the side menu with buttons for key tasks. This change would make the app even more user-friendly and intuitive.

Overall, the SC mobile app is a solid choice for managing your banking needs on the go. With a few tweaks, it could be even better.

The app is amazing and allows you to do just about anything on it from investing to transfers. Two issues:
One is that most people you make transfers to ask for a transaction number or screenshot of the transfer and this is not allowed easily on the app. If you take a screenshot you get logged out. This needs to be fixed. Second issue is that you can’t make a fixed deposit on the mobile app. Other banks allow this and one needs to be able to make a fixed deposit with interest rates showing on the app too. Thanks

Hi, I am using your sc mobile app (8.36) latest on iPhone 7+, I am able to see transactions (on screen) only for 4 months (Feb 2023 to May 2023), when I select calendar and move to previous months, it doesn’t show any debit or credits, it’s blank, Also why your services are very late? To resolve any issue you take long time, I wrote to SC bank regarding an issue, they took many days to come back, And I requested for e statement thru app, all I get is a ticket number, it’s been 3 days n till now it shows “processing”??? Come on guys we r living in 2023 digital age, e statement in other banks is just a matter of clicking the button n boom you have it in your email…I don’t mean to criticise u or degrade u, please take this feedback sportively n positively n give us excelled services, other than these issues everything else like security n all that is very good, Thanks
