This is one of the best. For the lack of better words, I am addicted to my phone. I have an exam coming up and this thing has been a huge distraction cause I have a lot of anxiety and almost negligible self control which means procrastination. First of all this app is free, so yaayy. Secondly, its easy to use, there are many options to choose from. Strict blocks are available. All in all a 4.5/5. Best app to beat any type of internet addiction
This app has so many features that at first you would be confused which one to choose. But the variety helps a lot of people. I used to be addicted to my device 24/7 but now, the usage is dramatically down. I’ve gotten a friend of mine to set the passcode to this app so that I can’t change the settings. Furthermore there’s an option also that prevents you from deleting the application.
Best app I have used
This app makes it so much easier to leave my device and not get distracted by it whilst still being able to use it easily. I uninstalled g chat in order to keep myself from getting distracted however thanks to this app I can install the (much more developed) app instaid of having to use my browser without being distracted by it too much
