Simple and best
I have been investing in mutual funds for many years doing my own research. But it requires so much time, knowledge and interest as well to do it. Also, after investing you have to keep track of performance of your funds which was not always possible for me due to work. When I came to know about Scripbox on internet I thoroughly gone through its app and website. I found that the funds they select are best funds which is matching my requirement. Simple interface of app. One more important thing is they have excellent customer service. There are so many ways like phone, Whatsapp etc. via which you can connect to them for your concern which I don’t find on other apps.
Simple , easy and friendly
Started my tax saving journey with Scripbox few years back. I have eventually moved to long term investments now. I didn't have the time, energy and expertise to do the research and choose the fund among all funds in the market ! Scripbox helped me to grow my investments over the years.
No one from Scripbox disturbed me with sales calls and tried to sell me something which I did not need :)
I recommend Scripbox as the right partner for all who would like to begin their investment journey.
Poor performance
I installed this app few backs and was really impressed with the information that it provided. Several amazing articles and options to plan etc. So based on that I invested money in any time savings, short term and long term investments. But the performance is just so bad. I invested lesser amount with the ETMONEY app and i got more than 4 times the returns from that app. Im just so let down. And the worst part is their live chat. They hardly ever reply. They make us wait for so long and then too we dont get a proper reply from them. The only thing they say is how can i assist you. And thats it. You will never hear from them again. Really terrible after-sale service. Id much rather use ETMONEY app.
