Just need a information suppose if i format my mobile , will my key app data also deleted form my mobile plz respond . I am little worried . After sharing my data in KEY APP will data deleted while doing format

Thank you for giving your review. We will answer your questions. On our app, photos/videos datas are saved in your iPhone itself. If you want to keep the data, Please make a backup with the iPhone, you will need to restore it in the iPhone after format. Please confirm the procedure with Apple support. If you are using Backup with iCloud, it's necessary to make it a target of iCloud backup.
Forgot Passcode
Hello,
Is there any way where I can reset my passcode? I have forgotten the passcode and its been 6 months I am trying to enter different combinations but it seems to not be working. I am tired now. Could you please support?

Unable to open my app with the same password
I am unable to open my key app with the password i set I don’t know why it’s not working. I want some pictures back to my iPhone but because its not opening i am unable to do it. Please Help !

Thank you for giving your review. About passcode, This app is designed to prevent others from seeing the content, The passcode is known only to the person who set it, and can't reset. The app will not lock no matter how many times you enter it, so please try it.
