2) Multiple accounts can be added/linked to a single user id.

4) New PNG Gas Connection Request - Submit your new PNG gas connection request via the mobile app by just submitting minimal details.

5) Service Requests Submission with Online Payment (Geyser Point, Extra Kitchen Point, Temporary Disconnection, Reconnection, etc.) and track the status of same.

6) Gas Bill Display - Check your Gas Bills and download it in PDF on your mobile phones.

7) Pay your Gas Bills - Pay your Gas Bills anytime “Quick Pay” option also available Pre-Login.

8) Gas bill and Payments History available for last 24 months.

9) Customer Complaints - Submit your complaints with ease and track the status of same.

10) FAQs/Safety - Get answers to various FAQs on the go along with Safety Tips.

11) Add Guest user – Owner can give access for his/her account to a guest user based on invitation.

12) Station/CCC Locator - Locate our CNG Stations and Customer Care Centres on google map.

13) CNG Complaints - Submit your complaints with ease and track the status of same.

Precise and simple to use

I can quickly check my balance on dashboard and make quick payment if required. Also features like view usages , bill and payment history are just simple and precise what I need
