I had order an item from clinikally on 31st march. And item was picked on the same day at 12:55 pm and on 6th April at 12:33pm the delivery partner called me and said that my address is wrong( point to note that my previous orders were delivered at the same address but this time the delivery partner was may be not well aware of the streets which is fine and acceptable. So he mentioned if he can delivery it in the evening and I was fine( I was available to collect the parcel the entire day) he asked me if I’m available and I said ‘Yes’. But later at 9:54 pm I received an update that delivery was failed and since then I’m trying to reach out to them for the delivery but there’s absolutely no response from their end.

After three days of failed delivery attempts, I contacted the delivery associate using the details and phone number provided. The delivery person told me that he did not have anyone available to deliver my product and asked me to collect it from his store instead.The next day, I sent a staff member from my office to collect the package. However, the delivery associate did not answer my calls or my runner’s calls, making it impossible to coordinate the pickup.This level of service is highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expect better communication and customer support for deliveries.

I have received message in morning from Shadowfax that my order will be deliver today and provided a contact number. I called him and confirmed the same he said he will deliver order by 12-1. I again called around 10 to ask him that if he can deliver bit early as I have to go to office and he denied and talked arrogantly saying why I called him again. Anyways, I didn’t get dilivery till 4 so I called him again and asked him if he will deliver it confirmed by eod but still get delivered. Therefore, I called him at 7 pm and then he told that driver didn’t came today and we won’t deliver it today and while I was asking something he disconnected the call.

⚠️ Fraud Alert – Please be careful with Shadowfax delivery serviceI want to make people aware of the extremely disappointing and suspicious experience I had with Shadowfax during a return pickup. For several days, the delivery boy kept calling only to ask for my address and then never came for pickup. Every day the return was getting cancelled repeatedly without any fault from my side.The delivery person kept changing his location details and created confusion again and again. On top of this, he even took ₹50 from me during the return process, even though no pickup charges were applicable. This is completely unacceptable and feels like fraud from the courier side.Despite repeated complaints and proof, I had to face daily stress, harassment, and unnecessary inconvenience.
