Offline feature still missing
The app which was very useful for offline users is still working with internet only. The current update made things worse. The looks are good but all those essential and worthy features are gone. Realtime bus positions,routemap,favourites, etc... we have to go back and enter again if we need to check a later schedule of bus, earlier there was the 'later' button. Shouldn't have released without proper fixing.

Update removed many features and makes things difficult
After the recent update to the app, instead of making thing easier, it has been much more inconvenient to use the app. No option to save the fav routes, map to find current location of buses missing, wont show transportation more than 30 mins from current time and many more. I wished i did not update the app if i knew this was the changes it would bring. Disappointed. Sorry.

The app has became a headache to use
The application is really not user friendly at all and normally when I search for a bus it shows the buses on an earlier time , not forward
Please dont reply to this comment (copy paste reply) to report it to any other customer service or website , no one is going to do that. Reporting the complaints and feedback is the sole purpose of this review system. so collect data from here and dont tell customers to go to the website or contact anybody as its not their responsibility, its yours to read this and take action please 🙏🏻
