I had a really disappointing experience with the Shein app. At first, everything seemed fine the app was easy to navigate, and there were plenty of trendy clothes at affordable prices. However, my problems started after I placed an order.First, the delivery took much longer than expected. The estimated time was 10–15 days, but my package arrived after almost a month. There were no proper updates, and the tracking system was unreliable.Second, the quality of the clothes was not as shown in the pictures. The fabric felt cheap, the stitching was poor, and the sizes were completely off. Even after checking the size guide, the clothes either ran too small or too large.Third, the return process was a nightmare. Shein claims to have an easy return policy, but getting a refund was a hassle. Customer support was unhelpful, taking days to respond with generic replies that didn’t solve my problem. They also charged a high return shipping fee, making it almost pointless to send back the items.Overall, my experience with Shein was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The low prices might be tempting, but the poor quality, slow shipping, and bad customer service make it not worth the trouble.

I placed my first-ever order with Shein India on 9th June for a skirt and received it on 13th June. The size (32) didn’t fit, so I wanted to exchange it for a size 34. But to my surprise, exchange wasn’t even available, so I had to return the item and reorder the same skirt in size 34 separately.I received the new order without any issues. But here’s where the nightmare started — no one came to pick up the return for the original skirt.I’ve been calling and following up daily, but the pickup agent never answers the call. Instead, I get daily messages blaming me, saying I’m not reachable, which is completely false and beyond frustrating.I’ve contacted customer care 7-8 times, explained the situation in full detail, and still got no real help. Every time I’m told a new pickup date is set — and yet again, the pickup agent disconnects my call or doesn’t show up.To make things worse, the return date expired, even though the issue is 100% on their side. I feel totally helpless and unheard.This whole experience has been a complete disaster, and I will never shop from Shein again. They seriously need to fix their return process and customer support — this was beyond unprofessional and exhausting.

This is a very very bad place to shop from. I came here after ppl recommended SHEIN to me and got pulled into such a mess! Their order got delivered but their executive did not mark it. I wanted to return items due to size issue but since then it’s been 15 days, order shows same status of ‘delivery delayed’. Their customer support is unable to answer any questions, every time i raise a ticket they just say give 2 days more. This has been going on for 15 days! They cannot handle a simple app issue, because of this the products are lying with me still, my money is wasted and there is yet to be any resolution! Unbelievably bad customer experience, I wish I had not ordered anything. All products delivered looked old n outdated clothing.
