Pathetic service

If I had an option of giving then zero stars I would have definitely chose that. From a very long time this is happening, last time last time my customer received a damaged product, they said they are not liable for glass, fine, but the painting inside, the complete wooden frame was broken. Second time also again same thing happened my customer received a damaged product, and also it got delayed by almost 1 week, no one came to pickup my order no one contacted me, this time also it’s been two days my parcel has not been picked up. Every time I call them they say we are escalating it ma'am. The entire team is not able to solve one small problem then what is the use of it. The most horrible pathetic service i have ever received. My own reputation has come to stake because the parcel can't reach my client. There pick up guys are one of the worst people. Without even calling they wrote shipmentnot ready for straight two days. Where as i never received any call or message from the pick up guy.They make false narration and now my own reputation has to suffer because of that. They don't even verify if the shipment is ready or not. They don't even check the call recordings or records to check if what the pick up guy is saying is true or not. My parcel is been ready since the day I scheduled the pickup but got zero call or message from the pick up guy.Shiprocket is the worst service providing brand. DONT EVER USE SHIPROCKET IT IS MENTAL TORTURE, YOUR REPUTATION WILL COME AT STAKE. THERE SERVICES IS NO LESSTHAN A GARABAGE

Smartphone stolen from the package

Smartphone got Stolen! from the package. I shipped a “Samsung Note 20 Ultra” smartphone using their nightmare service and they didn’t deliver it to the person and when it came back smartphone was missing from the package and it was replaced with pieces of tiles ( I have uploaded the unboxing video on twitter) and When I contacted their customer support they said they will investigate but after a month they are saying they can’t do anything about it, I documented everything and even recorded unboxing video in front of courier guys and package was insured by Shiprocket (They charged extra premium), I have given all the proof to the shiprocket like weight of parcel before shipment and after it came back but even then they are refusing to do anything. They simply close the issue ticket whenever I raise it, I have also filed a complaint on Cyber Crime portal and waiting for their response and I will pursue it until I get my smartphone or compensation.Their insurance doesn’t mean anything and they are most unreliable and they have a fraudulent behaviour like updating wrong delivery attempt status on their panel.Please be aware and don’t fall for their low prices as their is big catch and there are also other problems with my other shipments but this one is a really hard blow.

Worst delivery Boys in Trivandrum

I was supposed to receive a shipment from a place I ordered stuff in Mumbai. I had ordered twice and had received the product la the 1st time. The 2nd time i got a message saying product out for delivery on the 7th but didn’t receive anything not any attempt was made not even a call. So on 8th i called the DE’s who was supposed to deliver and he told it is another guy who will deliver on 8th and to wait for a couple of days and it will be delivered. Then the following day another guy’s number was updated still no attempt was again made. I called the DE but he never picked up even after numerous trys. Then on the following day another guy’s details were updated and still no attempt was being made and saw that they had updated saying im out of town. So i called the DE and he spoke to me very rudely and gave me no information i was very disappointed and contacted the people i ordered the stuff from she told she will have a look and told me it will be delivered by Sunday. And again and again waited for the delivery and got nothing. This is a very bad experience and worst of all there is no CS for the delivery app/service we can speak to regarding this except the delivery executive’s(DE’s) number they provide. Not even an email id! So thought of writing my experience here.
