A suggestion

One of the things that cannot be deleted or modified in the current app is the list of addresses of the payees that you . This is a major inconvenience as we cannot delete or modify the addresses once created nor revise such addresses. Because of this one has to live with the long list of payees as well as put up with the wrong ones that one has created.
Will the concerned look into these please.

We regret for the inconvenience caused,kindly login to mirror plus application select payees and schedule,then again select the payee to be deleted and delete.Please note modifying payee is not allowed.

Failure of transactions with SIB mirror plus

I had been using this app for few months. It was perfectly okay. I used to recommend my friends and relatives to open account in South Indian Bank and use SIM mirror plus app for the safety of our account and ease of transactions. But now it totally different condition. If you set a limit and change it again for higher transactions, it will not change and you will be shamed in front of public at shops or if you urgently make payment for any other, it will not become success. Previously it was totally in your control, at any instant limit change was possible. Now you should have alternate payment mechanism in order to honour your purchases/ payments. Contacting bank will not do any betterment from my experience. This is very embarrassing situation. Now the only option is to have an alternate reliable bank account. May I hope, SIB authorities would be successful in solving this problem in the near future???

Pathetic App

This app has been quite frustrating to use. The app's performance and user-friendliness leave a lot to be desired. I primarily use it to pay my kids school fees, but I've never been able to complete a transaction in a single attempt. The app often becomes unresponsive, especially after entering payment details like card information. This forces me to close the app and start the whole process over. Additionally, receiving OTPs seems to be a hit-or-miss situation.

It's puzzling why there's no registration process, especially for users without a bank account. Implementing a simple registration process would offer secure login, the convenience of storing student data, payment details, and other information. This would make paying school fees a breeze with just a few clicks. I hope you will bring in this changes at least by 2100.
