Vivada Cruise 1st January 2024
The worst new year ever.
It was so expensive to book but in return we got nothing no food no drinks nothing. And Idk what was the management team doing while preparing for the New Year Party. I would never suggest anyone to book Vivada Cruise for any purpose. Because it’s baseless to spend so much but get empty plates and bottle. And Second Thing the ship didn’t even start. It was at the shore from 7pm to 11pm doing nothing..
I would like to have my money refunded with any further argue. Because the management was nothing. They should be hold accountable for spooling our New Year.
