Hey, just got my TWS today and I was very excited to connect it to the app for more options. Not to hate, but get your app to support all of your products. Don’t you think it’s wrong that even though you guys have good products, these things can disappoint people real soon. Please kindly get this fixed so I can start using the app like every other person.

Perfect app for perfect product
Everything working perfectly but we need some more future for indy fuel like custom equaliser and Custom eqs some bugs also there so release new firmware also. I found some bugs or issues treble accuracy and mic lags. I hope firmware updates can fix then because when im talking on the call the ambient noise is the opponent not able to listen to my voice clearly. i hope skullcandy team will do their best. A review from a genuine customer.
Skull candy Dime Installation in Application
Is it a bug or miss of functionality in the application that I am unable to install/connect the earbuds only in the application.
Please look in it and sort it out soon. Because really waiting to explore the features of the application which most probably enhance my entertaining experience.
Rest it is pair with my device quite smoothly and facing no issue till now.
Kindly fix the bug or the function.
