- Operational Management: Empowers admins to add agents, define service areas, manage package offerings, and handle customer registrations. The admin can also register and oversee customer complaints.
- Billing Operations: The admin generates bills, records payments made by customers, and maintains a comprehensive payment history.
- Complaint Management: A dedicated space to monitor the status of pending, resolved, and rejected complaints.
