I ordered a big order from Slikk. When it arrived, I didn’t check the tags. But tags were missing in two of my products and one of the products had a heavy perfume smell. I didn’t make big deal out of the smell as I thought someone would have tried and returned. Some of the products in my order didn’t fit so I wanted to return. I booked the return within an hour of delivery. But they took 24hrs to come for the pickup.The delivery guy rejected saying it doesn’t have a tag. I told it didn’t come with a tag. He then called another person and he said something after which he didn’t bother about the tag.Then came the perfume thing. I told him I got it like that. For which he said “none of our products have perfume”Just have a team who will thoroughly quality check before sending the products out. I asked them if they can take the products back and not give me a refund. That’s fine by me. For which they are like this is not in our policy blah blah blah.Super frustrating. Do check tag and scents when you receive the products and complain to them immediately. Else they will blame you.

Not accepted the return though i had requested to return the order after 2hrs of delivery as the quality was not good, and for return they called me after 24hrs and suddenly asking that they want to pickup the order, as i was not available on that day i have asked them to come next day, but next day what happened was they just refused to pickup as there was stain on the order which i not even checked properly while receiving the order and pickup executive asked me to contact to customer care and which i did customer care executive directly said i have used it and cant be returned, it was my first order on this app i just felt i shouldn’t have ordered from this application. Really worst experience. Everyone please check everything like any stain, stitches issues, quality before receiving the order from pickup executive ask them to wait until you check thoroughly if everything is okay then only accept the order. Thanks for this worst experience and making me to realise to delete this cheap application. Learn something from Myntra how they handle their customers.

I recently purchased two items, enticed by their so-called “7-day return policy.” Unfortunately, after wearing the clothes for just 20 minutes, I developed an allergic reaction. When I contacted customer service to request a return, they refused, claiming that since the payment went directly to the brand, they had no control over returns. This raises several issues: 1. Why advertise a 7-day return policy if returns are impossible ?2. Where is their sense of customer loyalty? 3. The “try and buy” option isn’t clearly explained at checkout, leaving customers unaware they can’t return items. In the end, I lost ₹4000, and all I got was the founder’s excuse that they couldn’t help because the money had already gone to the brand. This whole experience was extremely disappointing. I wish I had stuck to a reliable platform like Myntra, where at least the policies are clear, and customer support actually exists. I thought I was supporting a small brand, but in reality, I was scammed. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app!
