Good App but lots of bugs

I read about this app in hindu businessline, hence definitely this app should have some value in it. But there are too many bugs in it and there is no customer service or atleast no one would ever respond to your query sent via email or whatsapp.
E.g. I purchased one month subscription for Rupees 999 but the subscription didnt get reflected in my account. I contacted customer service via email and whatsapp but not even-a single response was received. I requested refund via apple store and the refund was issued. As i type this message the application keeps giving message - No internet connection, where as I am able to connect to this store and write this review and post and also i am able to visit website and read news. Sometimes the stocks wont show up after entering ticker symbol, and with these bug you simply wont be able to run analysis or the app is useless, Its extremely important the app should be available and usable during market time, but this app wont. They should have fixed all these minor issues before even releasing this application. I still dont know what services come under premium as there is no manual or video explaining about it.
I hope they will fix the above bugs soon.
