Smartspanner is a maintenance management application (CMMS) designed for asset and facilities maintenance. It is a cloud based web application and users must have registered on our website in order to use this mobile application.
This first release gives users the ability to manage tasks on the move and update key information such as:
• Task deadline
• Tasks start and end times
• Assigned users
• Labour logs
• Upload images/files.
• Spare parts
• Condition monitoring readings
• View costs (for admin and manager users only)
New tasks can also be created on the mobile application. Basic account information can be updated.
Customers can expect to improve the accuracy and the amount of information being collected as users will have easier access to Smartspanner whilst on the move.
