Very good and helpful app ever used in UAE

This app is very valuable for those who are looking for utility services at home. Good communication, good service and satisfaction all under one umbrella. Highly recommended to those who are leaving in expensive area and can book on affordable time.

Worst service ever! Wouldnt even recommend to my enemies

The WORST, PATHETIC service ever experienced. The app is only helpful for payi n etisalat bill and getting points. Other than that its a painful experience. Especially the “elgrocer app”. Estimated delivery time shows 60mins but order doest get delivered ever after 4hrs until unless we approach customer care. Once we receive order its either wrong products, products nearing expiry date, deduction of 1AED from Debit/Credit for every order you place which gets reversed only after few days, delay in refunds, people never showup for replacements.

If you don’t have any other work than to keep chatting with the customer care for whole day just to get your order correct you can place order on Smiles.

Worst customer service - Fake Promises- worst customer service

I ordered food and the food was spilled and was not eatable. I connected through live chat and shared the pictures of the package. The first agent responded that either you want replacement of food or I will issue voucher for full refund. I chose the voucher and the agent also confirmed the same. After 2 days when I again connected to check the status, it was assured to me that it will be done as it is still under process. The third time when connecting because there was no update so they said I will not receive the voucher. I wasted money time. I am regular user and they di fake promises.
