Tried Snabbit for house cleaning

I got to know about Snabbit through an Instagram ad and noticed that the prices for the house cleaning service were quite affordable, so I decided to give it a try. Since Snabbit mainly offers daily help and quick cleaning type services, I was expecting a simple and basic experience. But the experience turned out to be really good. The professional who came for the service was Anamika Sharma. She was polite and started the work properly after a quick discussion about the cleaning requirements. Initially she mentioned that the work might take a little time, but she still continued and completed the cleaning properly, Once she started the cleaning, it was clear that she was very sincere about her work. She did the cleaning carefully and made sure the area looked neat and properly organized. She didn’t rush the job and paid attention to the small things as well. You could clearly see that she was putting in extra effort to do the work properly. Another thing I really liked about Snabbit was the speed of the service. I have previously used Pronto and Urban Company, but in my area Snabbit was the fastest. The expert arrived in around 10 minutes, which is very helpful when you need quick support for daily household work. By the end of the service, my house looked much cleaner and well managed, and overall I was very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely like to book services again through Snabbit and would be happy to get the service from the same professional in the future. One small suggestion for the company, the professionals who come for these services work really hard every day. It would be great if the company could occasionally appreciate their efforts with something like an appreciation day or recognition program so they feel valued. Overall, it was a very good experience with Snabbit and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quick and reliable daily home cleaning help.

Every extension costs over ₹100, and although they initially mentioned 3 free services, this wasn’t honored or clarified.**Snabbit has potential**, but compared to established services like Urban Company, there’s still a long way to go in terms of clarity, reliability, and customer experience.

Why do I tell u
absolutely the worst experience ever their services are very bad and their maids are completely unprofessional they don’t want to work and keep giving excuses all the time they keep asking how much time is left and move as slow as possible just to pass time you literally have to stand behind them and watch them work or else they’ll skip half the tasks and then you’ll have to make them do things twice the worst part is that our house is empty right now we’re just moving in and it’s only some basic fixing and last minute touch ups happening even in such a simple condition with barely any furniture or mess the maid just didn’t want to work she was on her phone during working hours and as the time for her to leave came closer she was clearly passing time even after such an experience we decided to give them another chance thinking maybe we were just unlucky the first time but that was a mistake we booked again made the payment and the app showed the maid would arrive in 10 mins then suddenly in 7 mins it showed she’s already arrived but nobody came we waited called checked multiple times in case she reached the wrong address but got no response almost 2 hours passed and still nothing when we tried to contact support it was a nightmare the so called expert or executive they mention kept us on hold saying someone will attend the call in some time for nearly 45 minutes finally someone answered from such a noisy place that we couldn’t even hear properly it’s really sad to see how even when we try to support new startups like this hoping they’ll grow and do better they disappoint us in the worst way and on top of that they talk to customers like we’re the ones at fault or expected to be polite after such poor service really really dissatisfied and disappointed

Do not use this app for bookings, its a scam. I booked for laundry service specifically ironing of clothes. The professional arrived took the otp and said she doesn’t know how to iron clothes so a new person has been assigned and will come for the job. She was pleasant to talk to and I don’t blame her. She left and i called customer support for help and they are so immature and unprofessional to talk to.I asked for cancellation but i was told why did I give OTP and i should have give other work to the professional that arrived because replacement is not available. I said I do not have any other chores, so just cancel the booking. The same professional came back and said please cancel and make a new booking, she made me speak to some guy over the call who said the same. By that time I was done so i told her to take the check out otp and leave, which she did.Now the CS agent said why didn’t I allot other chores, but i told her the same that I don’t need help with any other chores just ironing of clothes. She said sorry we cannot refund, we cannot allot new professional etc etc. Then what can you do?Highly unlikely that i would ever use this app and would make sure nobody in my contacts does either.
