SnapE Cabs 4+

App lags, even after trying multiple times to book cab, app is showing something went wrong, a cab gets booked after multiple tries though map shows many cars are available in and around location.

I came across Snap-E Cabs back in February 2023. And every ride I have availed with them has always been really smooth and completely hassle-free. I would say the best thing about their rides is firstly the spotless car interiors, as if you are taking a ride in your personal vehicle. Secondly, the AC works perfectly. I don’t remember ever feeling uncomfortable or having to request the driver to take the AC up. Thirdly, the cars travel really smoothly on the roads, with very little noise. The drivers don’t engage in unnecessary chatter and always greet you the moment you board the cab and leave. Keep up the good work! Hope to see more cars up on the road soon!

I’ve been trying to book a cab through this app for the past 3 days. I’m listing the main problems I faced with this app: -
1. The map just doesn’t work; most of the locations aren’t even available on the map. Moreover the gps picked up my home location to be somewhere 3kms away.
2. 9 out of 10 times, there’s no cars available. The number of cars is too low I guess, absolutely not recommended if you’re in a rush.
3. This one time I scheduled my ride a day before and one driver accepted my booking also. 15 mins before pickup, he called me and said that he’s some 10-15kms away from my place and God knows, how much late would he have been.
The overall experience is too bad for me, absolutely not recommended.
